Select each of the volumes in the sidebar & choose 'Unmount' in Disk Utility's toolbar ('02' and 'Mac OS' should become unmounted unless some process is using files on either volume). If you want to repartition the disk with a GUID partition table try this… Mac OS used 'GUID partition tables' by default & will allow resizing on GUID tables but not MBR ones. MBR is generally a Windows format for booting Windows OS's. Are you sure that you need to use a MBR partition table? Have you got backups of this data on any other disks? Backup these volumes before you begin. So you will have to delete both partitions & recreate them as desired, losing any data on that disk. In your second image it says… You can't resize the partitions on this disk because it uses the Master Boot Record partition scheme.
